We do not accept returns on candles or wax melts.

Because our products are handmade and considered personal/home fragrance items, we cannot resell returned goods.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Clear photos of the item & packaging

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.


Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase.

After this window, orders enter processing/production and cannot be cancelled.
